Toyoko Inn Osaka Itami Airport

Location to airport terminal - about 10 minutes walk on a paved footpath, if you miss the free shuttle bus transfer, with a 7-Eleven en-route. Room is clean & simple (one pillow, off-white walls, re-useable room slippers) with small private bathroom (shower in bath) and included buffet breakfast by reception. If no time for breakfast, also provide paper cups & lids for coffee/tea; and pastries/sweet buns are individually wrapped. Best facility is regular shuttle bus transfer to the airport from early morning. Bus stop is in the airport terminal car park (between T1 & T2), across the road, by the covered footbridge.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Internet was decent. Room had natural sunlight. 7-elevan nearby for convenience. Near to the airport so you can literally just walk to it. Room service was nice.

Really convenient! Next to the airport, features a free shuttle to itami airport and hotarugaike station, so don't miss out on that. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Mattress was on the harder side, but that's my preference anyways. So if you're looking for soft fluffy mattresses, this probably isn't for you. But other than that, I was very pleasantly surprised. Included breakfast was Japanese-style, freshly made (I liked it very much!). Check-in was fast with the English machine and staff support. Nothing to complain!

It was close to the domestic airport (ITAMI). Amenities and facilities were good, it felt safe. The airport transfer service was very helpful for early morning flights. The wifi was great. The staff is helpful and professional. There are no curfew hours at the hotel but if you are using public transport like subway or trains then be mindful of the last train. The nearest public transport is at the Hotarugaike station, which is a 15 minute walk which includes crossing an overbridge with stairs, so be prepared to walk with the luggage if you are using subway/trains. This branch of the hotel is great if you’re specifically looking for staying closer to the airport. Clean and hygienic.

Very convenient with Airport Shuttle bus ferrying us to and back to the airport. The reception desk staff was very professional, helpful, very courteous, and friendly. Too bad I forgot to take note of his name. Breakfast was good too. Have to mention the shuttle bus driver, very professional, he helped us in loading and unloading our luggage, thank you for helping.
